All abstracts submitted and accepted for public presentation at ATE2009 will be both available on-line at the conference website and indexed at the web-based international research network e-Review of Tourism Research. The conference proceedings will be available to all conference participants in CD form, to be included in the conference packs upon registration. Furthermore, the following publications will take place as a main output of the conference:
i. A selection of papers written in English and accepted for public presentation at the conference will be published in book form by Springer-Verlag as the third issue of the biennial volume series on 'Advances in Tourism Research' started back in 2005 (you may find here the web-link to the first book). This third issue will refer to the conference proceedings of the 2009 conference and, like in previous editions, every participant fully registered for the conference will be entitled to receive the conference book at his/her mailing address as an integral part of the proceedings.
ii. Moreover, after public presentation at the conference, authors of suitable papers will be invited to submit a full specially formatted article (between 3000 and 5000 words) for consideration for publication in a Special Issue in 2009 of the international scientific journal Tourism Economics (ISI indexed).
iii. Finally, a further selection of papers written/translated into Portuguese will be published by distinguished Portuguese Editor.
